EXPRESS TEAM SAFETY
FIRST-AID & CERTIFICATION
Aupairs receive first aid training in CPR, choking, and basic first aid. Any and all of the relevant certification and other qualification are also verified which includes tutor credentials and references.
DRIVERS LICENSE & PDP
Drivers license validity as well as car service history checks are done with all team members. All drivers transporting more than one child obtain a PrDP (professional driving permit).
SCREENING PROCESS
All candidates CV's are thoroughly screened with references contacted & verified. All team members are females, over the age of 18yrs and have vast experience with children, as well as having completed matric.
CRIMINAL CHECKS
All aupair CV's undergo rigorous criminal background checks, and their references are contacted and verified thoroughly. All team members are exclusively females, aged 18 years or older, possessing extensive experience with children, and have completed their matriculation. This stringent process ensures the selection of individuals with a clean criminal record and the necessary qualifications to work effectively in childcare or educational settings.
